the location was good and marvellous - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. just 5 minutes on foot to leicester square underground, was a big plus. the room was immaculately clean and having central heating and coffee/tea makers in it was handy.
Nothing not too like.

I recommend the place. Queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable in the middle of the city. I often went to Pizza Hut to pick up some food.

Consider bringing your own pillows for added comfort during your stay, as the provided ones are quite low.

St martins b&b was just amazin! Right in the middle of london so u can walk to EVERYTHING. Filip and his family were super friendly like fam! The room was really comfy and clean, super quiet at nite so we got great sleep. Loved that we had our own bathroom, such a nice touch! Gonna come back for sure!
Only thing was we had a lil trouble finding it at first. Wish they had a kettle instead of a fancy coffee machine.

Warm hospitality and perfect location
The location was ideal, just steps away from Covent Garden, and the room was clean with fluffy towels. Filip and his wife were cute. The only drawback was the lack of breakfast options, but the tea and coffee they offered were a nice touch.

The room was beautifully maintained, cozy, and clean. The private bathroom was a great touch. Hosts treated me with excellent warmth, cute me like family and ensuring everything was perfect. Location couldn't be better. Right in the heart of the city. I appreciated the fluffy towels and small tea and coffee facilities in the room. I did notice occasional noise from other guests, which could be disruptive at times. The experience was fantastic, but a bit more soundproofing would enhance comfort.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed my stay with family, especially the spacious double room. A Nespresso machine was a fun feature, but a kettle for traditional coffee would have been appreciated. The shower pressure was moderate, yet we made it work. Remember to bring hand towels if needed!
